Employees of Palmetto Craftsmen, Inc. can purchase job-related tools from our vendors through interest-free payroll deduction. In addition, Palmetto Craftsmen, Inc. will maintain, repair or replace tools worn out on our job sites.

Safety Incentive
Palmetto Craftsmen, Inc. pays a cash bonus up to $300.00 for years with no lost time injuries.

Work Vehicle Reimbursement
Palmetto Craftsmen, Inc. will pay employees for displaying company magnetic signs and driving with headlights on during daylight hours.

Mileage Reimbursement
Palmetto Craftsmen, Inc. will reimburse employees for mileage incurred while working on company job sites.

Vacation Pay
Palmetto Craftsmen, Inc. pays one week after one continuous year of employment, two weeks after five years of continuous employment, and three weeks after ten years of continuous employment.
Holiday Pay
Palmetto Craftsmen, Inc. pays five holidays after six months of continuous employment.

Job Training
Palmetto Craftsmen, Inc. provides various training opportunities for its employees through monthly staff meetings and other training arrangements.
